Wych Elm House, Harlow

Following a 12-month period of pre-application discussion, Hybrid has recently submitted a full planning application to Harlow District Council, for the redevelopment of Wych Elm House, on the outskirts of Harlow Town Centre. The proposals, on behalf of Prisma Property Developments, include the demolition of the existing two storey commercial buildings and the erection of a 2-10 storey building comprising 102 new homes, and 780m² of new retail floorspace.

The application is expected to be determined in September 2018, and will provide much needed regeneration and new homes within this part of Harlow Town Centre.
