Senior Promotions for Aleks & Charlotte

We are pleased to confirm senior level promotions for two longstanding members of our team.

Aleksander Pantazis has been appointed as Associate Director and Charlotte Mills has advanced to become an Associate Planner.

Aleks joined Hybrid in April 2024, following both private and public sector roles. With experience in complex development and regeneration projects, Aleks is currently overseeing a major residential scheme in Slough and the redevelopment of a vacant office building in Southend to deliver 154 new homes.

“This is definitely a career highlight,” says Aleks. “Being promoted was incredibly rewarding and felt like genuine recognition of the trust and confidence the company has placed in me. My new role brings more responsibility, particularly around line management and business development. I’m looking forward to strengthening client relationships and helping to drive the continued success and growth of our planning team.”

For Charlotte, achieving her Associate RTPI status earlier this year was an important milestone on the path towards promotion. “Becoming AssocRTPI after completing seven years’ professional experience really boosted my confidence, and I like being an example to others who haven’t followed a traditional academic route into planning,” said Charlotte. “Taking the step up to Associate Planner felt like a natural progression to work towards and I’m thrilled to have reached this goal!”

Mentoring will be an important part of Aleks and Charlotte’s new roles, with them both taking on the responsibility of managing their own teams, including staff development, training and recruitment

Aleks adds: “Our company culture focuses heavily on shared knowledge, and there’s a genuine sense of support and collaboration, regardless of experience or seniority. Encouraging this to continue is a high priority.”
