London Eye Kiosk, South Bank

On behalf of Simit Sarayi, a global Turkish restaurant and bakery chain, Hybrid successfully overcame an extensive and adverse planning history to secure planning permission for the permanent siting of tables of chairs on part of the Queen’s Walk, adjacent to the kiosk.

On behalf of Kenworth Liverpool Investment Ltd,  Hybrid secured planning permission for an 8-storey purpose built student accommodation scheme, comprised of 213 beds in April 2018.

West Hampstead Motors, London NW5

On behalf of West Hampstead Motors Ltd., Hybrid proactively engaged with the Council’s Enforcement Team to successfully argue that a spray booth at the premises was being legitimately operated as an ancillary function to the main premises, and that the planning position could otherwise be appropriately regularised via the submission of a retrospective application.
